Only the transcript is enough for sending to WES ?

Hi,

My university only sends the original transcript of the degree which contains all the details, like individual subjects & scores, credits, dates, GPAs, award details etc..

Is it ok if i only send this transcript in a sealed envelope without the certificate ?
