hi there,
i have applied for SINP skilled worker, i am in week 16 now, havent heard anything yet. except the file number i got after a week. by studying other cases, i assume that they actually open skilled worker file atleast after 5-6 month. so until your 6 months done, sit back and relax, its gonna be long ride. by the way, i am also from india.

Hi! my husband also has a job offer from Sashkatoon. We applied SINP tru the agency. His SINP Approval took 9 mos (Sept. 2010 - July 2011). And now, they are required to apply for a Work Permit here in CIC - Manila. WP is under processing.

hi cristy,
could you please share detailed timeline? like when did they ask for additional docs or when did they call your husband's employer? it will help us all.

thanks

Look at my timeline on the right.God bless.

I hope the same faster process for me too.

Have you visited any other country for more than six months before applying for PNP?

Have you submitted any other country's police clearance certificates other than spain?

Does it make a difference if you have visited other countries? I was in USA for around 3 years. I have to submit PCC from FBI. My records are clear.

But I just wanted to know that is it make difference if you have visited too many countries.

I guess it should not if you records are cleared.

What u say?

Hey everyone,

I have received a permanent job offer in Saskatchewan. I am currently filling out documents and am asked whether i have relatives in Canada. I have a brother who lives in Ontario.
In the past i applied for the Manitoba nominee program and have been refused because they thought that i would move to Ontario because of my brother, and i could not convince them that it is not the case. Now i am afraid that SINP will refuse me also because of my brother...
Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine concern? has anyone been in a similar situation? I am definately planning on living in Saskatchewan - not a big fan of Ontario.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi,
What kind of Job one must have to eligible for nomination ? Is it possible for a cleaner or working in McDonald's to apply for, or it is only for white collar job holder. If it is possible for some to give me detailed information about that .

Regards,

Hi.. I saw my application status today, it still says, "In Process". I applied under "SINP Skilled Worker" category.

What a boring time.. My File is still in Canada. I am still waiting for nomination. How long should it take usually?
I applied in June-2011.

Please tell me if anyone knows.
