Online BOWP extension application

Hey guys,

I'm trying to apply for the BOWP online on the cic website. I went through the online questionnaire and it gives me the option to apply for the Temporary resident visa and not a work permit extension. Has anyone else had the same issue and if they could tell what I can do to rectify this?

Are you in Canada and still do u have valid work permit status in Canada. If yes, then you are eligible to apply BOWP.

You might have answered wrong for some question. Read carefully and answer properly, then you'll get it.
