USPS tracking still not activated for me

My passport reached LA on 01/27 -

When you guys mention that the status was changed to closed, do you get an email that tells you that your status has changed or do you have to check the cic website daily?

I checked the website on regular basis. Klaustacy and Sanouks, Did you guys verify the website for the status? If so, when did the USPS tracking got activated after the status got changed to closed.

I got the passport request earlier today. I applied online from US on Dec. 19. Just wanted to update everyone. Good luck to all waiting on it.

ONLINE.. any updates on your passports?

I am scared now how to track it. My status changed to closed on 01/22 but still USPS status is not activated.
I have flight on Feb 2... (after rescheduling once) ....

Anyone know how to reach LA consulate to check if they dispatched the passports or not?

yesraj... No updates till now...if you say USPS Tracking number not activated, What does it mean ? When you enter your RTN Tracking number in USPS tracking system. Are you saying Not Activated or NOT FOUND?

Yes, it says NOT FOUND in USPS tracking.
LA consulate received my passports on 01/20, they closed my application online on 01/22.
Am wondering why I still didnt receive the passports and tracking not activated also...

OK..My application status changed to CLOSED on 24-Jan and i emailed LA consulate asking for the status...received a email from LA consulate on 27-Jan saying that "they will be mailing out My passport that afternoon"...since then no updates..USPS tracking still NOT FOUND..let's be very clear...

I am sending to los-angeles-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca and no one is responding

If you have applied on Dec-16 you might expect request some time btw Feb 10th to 16th .. they processing little slowly than normal processing time.. currently they are processing Nov 30th online application.. You might need to postponed ur trip.. it will be very close call.

You mentioned that they are processing Nov30th application...Have you heard this from anyone or did you call someone in Call centre?

@ yesraj - Same email ID.. i have sent a email asking for a status 3 days(21- Jan) before my application status changed to CLOSED(24-Jan). For that they have replied on 27-Jan with a message i was Mentioning.......

No reply for any of them

Dont know whats going on.. fingers crossed
