Online application refusal!

Friends,
Finally it happened. I'm from India and I tried to apply student permit via online. For what they say I've violated a bunch rules as they list them out in a vast PDF. Wish I could link the PDF with this.

They hinted about their dissatisfaction in leaving canada after visa dead line.
They r not satisfied about my financial situation, which I tried to satisfy them with my bank records, tax pays lips, and with a letter from the sponsor..
That I need medical examination, who I did and uploaded my health case details through the link. With a UMI!!
That they need a certificat d'acceptation du Quebec.... When I am applying for a school in Ontario..
That they needed an interview....
And many more...
Does that mean I should apply by paper? If I do how much time will it take?

You need to address every point mentioned in the pdf and apply carefully again.
The processing time is 25 days I guess on paper ;D

Actually do people depend on online service?
Or is it better to get an agent?

Hi again, will debit card work to pay fees online? Or should I get a credit card?
