I urgently need to travel to India in 3 weeks on a one month visa since my OCI might take 3-4 more weeks (It was submitted (walk-in at Brampton) on 23/10/2018 and the current status is "Original documents are Ready for Collection". My wife can courier my OCI while I am in India. My only concern is that will immigration have an issue while I am exiting if there is no incoming stamp on my OCI since I came on a month visa?
