Well this is what I have seen with some guys I do not know whether it is related to the additional docs after PPR, in any case they will request for fresh medicals if they are about to expire, I do not know if they will request for IELTS as well.

Perfect, thanks . When did you apply ?

The previous medical was still valid until Sep 3 2013, regardless as per the email I received I had to comply by within 7 days.
The original ask was to only do X-Rays and they send a form (a simple word doc without any barcodes) to fill by the doctor.
The doc I went to was not able to access the previous meds in EMedical (he showed me the screen, got a message that you do not have access to this medical record). Also, he mentioned that he cant upload a word doc by himself as it is all online.

At this point, I only had one option: pay the full fee, re-do the entire medical, and hopefully the new IME that is generated is attached to my application so that guys in India can access it.

Regarding that link you have shared, I had sent an email asking for extention IME reassessment but received an auto email that you can expect a reply within 30 days. So rather than waiting, I just went ahead and got the meds done.

Well hope we don't have to go through the same issue as with you ,mine expires around Nov/Dec 2014 because I did mine around Nov/Dec 2013. I just hope my case is processed by then. Fingers crossed.

Do you have a dependent in your application in India. It seems very strange why inland applicant needs to send the meds in India ?

Has anyone of you got any update from CIC or have you received your GCMS notes?

What do you mean by GSM notes ?
You can order them online, it shows the step by step processing of your file and details of visa officer written notes on your case.

link for applying GCMS notes.

https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en

Duration for GCMS notes: 30 days.

It seems that CIC temporarily holds all the files from ON PNP without job offers.

Some applicant's GCMS note shows that story.

They are waiting for some instruction from some senior official.

Moonbow2010 is probably right. On-top the strange thing is two of my friends who applied for Pnp without job offer got ontatrio pnp in less than a month with one of them getting in two weeks. Something fishy is going on.
