Well, those Nov applicants got approved earlier. At that time, CIC has not launched the pilot project.

And those Nov applicant may have jobs. So the new request won't bother them.

How long the medicals are valid ? I did mine late September. Paid RRPF in January. How long this pilot project might take ? Any guess

Not really, check out those guys on FSW pilot stream. They do not have the issue of changing jobs.

basically, we dont know whats going on with cic..

The most optimistic guess is that they are collecing info for next year's EOI.

The most pessimistic guess is that they will reject all cases without job offers.

Then it comes to ur choices. As master students, would u rather do menial jobs just for immigration if u can't find decent jobs right now?

I have the same issue. They have asked me recently for the job offer from your prospective employer, a copy of my resume. t4, Proof of membership and/or registration in regulated occupations if you intend to work in an occupation that requires registration or certification in Ontario.
Reference letters showing at least 2 years of experience in the previous 5 years for your intended occupation for both work done outside or inside of Canada. Proof of education including transcripts.

I work in retail but inteded occupation was Aerospace engineering, job in this field requires PR/citizenship.
But i applied under Pnp international master category that does not require job offer. This is unfair. why are the asking me? and when i contact pnp they tell me about cic quality assurance program and to provide them with the documents or if you do not have any work experience explain that to them as well. ANY ONE HAS ANY ANSWERS??

If u work in retail, just provide a ref letter from ur supervisor. It is a pity that you can't get a job in ur expertise without PR or citizenship.

You will be fine as long as u work.

How much delay in decision this pilot project will cause. Any ideas or guesses ?

Probably two months? A month for collecting material, another month for making decisions.

Few doubts and few analysis from myside.
First thing the reason why july applicants are receiving this is that that after august and september there were no ontario PNP certificates given because of seats filled up. I am not able to find any september ON single inland PNP applicant right now else it would have been clear what case it is because all i see is only people who are not single applicants are facing this problem.
I know some of my single applicants from August from ON who got PR without any issue. CIC is currently processing deccember applicants who are single but uptill august and september many single applicants from ON got their PR.
Some people who got this email i know are those who even got decision made when they were single but when they added their spouse they were asked for these documents.
