I hope someone can tell me which option to choose when ordering notes..
in the drop down menu there are two options:
1; the electronic notes of immigration or cictizenship officers
2-the application, supporting documents and coresponses sent to/from IRCC

in my first order I chose 1. it came with time line of my application no notes or anything. (28 pages)

my second question is
it takes 30 days so..if I order on the 1st I get it on the 31st..will I get the most updated information as of 31st?

Choose 1 to get notes , if you choose 2 you receive copy of the documents you sent .

You get outdated info 30 days old or more .

If you choose 2, it will likely take 90 days to get the information....

I'd like to thank you Eagle333 for creating this page for I am searching the internet on how to interpret my eCAS status as I can't link my application to MyCIC - no luck for almost 2 weeks now. Now, I can consider my application belongs to NEW IN PROCESS status. I got my second line Medical reports has been received > In Process. I just can't wait what will happen next and how things will work. I am hoping this won't take long under VO processing and will be waiting for any requests from them. Again, will continue to monitor this page and will then update you guys for any changes in my eCAS status. Good luck everyone! Be positive and God will provide! :D :D :D

Eagle, we have just recently received an email from Manila immigration for "pre arrival services". I find this quite odd as other people received this after ppr but we received ours before PPR was requested. Do you have any insight on this?

I just received the same email a few hours ago. I hope I'll have my PPR too within the next 2 business days. :)

Congratulations to you!

Hello djl,

There is nothing to panic about here. I also got this information inside my visa package 9 years ago. Whether you receive this email of pre arrival assessment before PPR or after, there is no need to provoke a heart attack. It simply means that your application is almost done if you get this email before PPR but if you receive it after PPR it means your visa has been issued and CIC wants to assist you how to apply for Social Insurance Card, MEDICAL CARD,...

If I were you I wouldn't panic at all but I will be happy about that email.
In our Case, we got this email along with police clearance request. Nowadays, CIC appear to be sending "pre-orientation" forms in earlier stages.

Hi Eagle 333- I'm a 2016 May OUTLAND Applicant (Mexico City Visa Office) is handling my file. So far this is what I have on my ECAS

1 We received your application for permanent residence on May 9, 2016.
2 We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 7, 2016.
3 We started processing your application on August 15, 2016.
4 Medical results have been received.

Does this mean an interview has been waived & my background checks have started? My FBI PCC & my divorce papers have already been sent to my VO since I lived in the USA for years. I have not yet received my PGR request for my Mexican PCC. Is it because the background checks are taking place in the USA first? I'm a bit concerned since two of Mexico May applicants have already received their request and in fact have already sent their PCC to MCVO. Please give me your thoughts on this.... Thank you..

Hi gyz,

I just got an e-mail from Singapore asked me to send Police clearance Certificate of UK and India as i was in London and India for about 4 yrs in each Country.I have submitted BD PCC with the application.
However, I already have the other two PCC from each country with me.

So my question here:

> Postal address of Singapore to send my PCC ?
> Should i include any additional paper to write my CASE Details (Sponsor & Sponsored person name, Case number, UCI etc.) or Can i just mention it on the envelop of my parcel ?
> How soon do they start processing after getting the required DOC they are asking for ?

Thanks in advance and i really apprecialte if u gyz cud help me with the above questions in details.

Best of luck everybody and looking forward to see loads of good news.
