Hello Everyone,
I have got NOI on May 13 and submitted it on May 22.
Yesterday EE draw was as 440, and my score is 339. I am quite confident that I will get ITA in next draw. So I am thinking to withdraw my PNP file and get a refund as my file is in SUBMITTED state right now. And wait for next EE draw.
I am just hoping that withdraw a file and get a refund is the right decision for me. What you guys think?
Also : Can anyone confirm that, there is not limitation or restriction for us to re-apply after withdraw before June 27, 2020 (within 45 days)
Is it 339 or 439? if its 439 then you may get ITA for sure in next draw only if they continue to conduct PNP & CEC draws. Hope it happens for next couple of draws but no one knows and predict what's going to happen next. Since you have already submitted application for PNP and your score 439
You have high chance though. no where on ONIP site they have mentioned that one can withdraw and re-apply for same application so its bit risky. I would suggest better call or write them to check if you can withdraw and re-apply?

Thanks Gaurav for the reply.
I have called them and confirm that there is not limitation or restriction in withdraw and re-apply, until unless I will do this within 45 days from NOI.

Hello, I have a CRS score of 441, and meet the FSW, HCP and NOC requirements, but I haven't received an NOI in my IRCC account profile. Was this draw specific to people who have Canadian work experience?

I was waiting for this thread. Thanks.

My Status is like below:
NOI Received: May 13 2020
Submitted: May 16 2020
Assessment: TBA
Decision in Progress: TBA
Approved: TBA

My score is 431. I was debating if I should submit or not because EE CEC draw was getting low, but I was skeptical if I can get ITA before the due date because there are many people who has score above 430, so I submitted it anyway. It seems process is getting late due to covid19. I hope anything decided, either EE CEC draw get lower than 430 or government give me a response of EOI

Yes the tech draw in May was for CEC

Does anyone know that after getting a PNP though this may 13th NOI. How can I extend my work permit. I have done some research and found that BOWP is only way to extend WP. Is that true?
If not, what are the other WP programs?
And If yes, What is the general duration of BOWP?
I am in same boat although I need same after submitting ITA. My work permit is closed one my company may not apply for BOWP. Can I submit BOWP and does that require LMIA?

Did they mentioned for what reason your application was incomplete? And did they refund back your application fee?

Today’s express entry for CEC was 437. I’m not sure if the next draw will be 431 which is my point. So I guess I need to go for PNP...
