Hello everyone, Please help
I have applied for OINP- HUMAN CAPITAL STREAM with 1 year(JULY 2, 2018 TO JUN 28, 2019) CEC.
Today I got an email from OINP team(Notification of Intent to Refuse Application)
Reason mentioned in the email: I have only worked for July 2nd, 2018 - June 28 2019 which does not complete 1-year full time.

But, Jun 29th 2019 is Saturday
Jun 30th 2019 is Sunday
and Jul 1 2019 is Canada Day(Public Holiday).
and I have completed 1560 hours full time with 40 hrs per week.

What should I do in this case to get my approval? Please help.

Reply the job change reason and provide the calculation that you meet 1560 hours...sure they will accept.

Hey everybody, I'm still in the DIP stage for my application, but my EE profile will expire the 20 of July. I'm afraid I might need to create a new one before I get an invitation from Ontario. Anybody knows what do I need to do to if I get invited by Ontario for them to use the new EE profile?

Got my Approval today!!! YAY! Right on time for Canada day! WOOT WOOT! I accepted and updated my EE Profile. It expires 20 July but I'll try my luck with existing profile for mid July draw:

Can someone point me to official draw information in which it was stated that it was aimed only at people with Canadian work experience? I remember reading information about the draw in few different sources where none of them stated that it was meant for CEC candidates, so until few days ago I have lived in a dream that I might have chance with 446 and no CEC. I am just curious to find a place where I can read official information about the upcoming draws not to get false hopes again.

So asking one more time - where can I see in here that this was Ontario Tech Draw at all and afterwards that it aimed CEC candidates?

I got nominated today but they couldn’t change my status because I got ITA as well. Should I take ITA one or OINP nominee? I’m afraid what if My EE application with ITA go wrong after I reject OINP. I know EE is faster but I have heard that the decision is all depends on Staff. Should I take OINP to be safe?

Personally, it is your own decision. I would recommend to take ONIP nomination and reject the ITA and wait for the next draw and you will be selected for sure!

thanks for reply! Then after accept the nomination, if they draw CEC again, then I can get ITA right? After that, it’ll be the same process and time as regular EE. Did I understand correctly?
