You're not alone. I'm in the same boat as you. It's been 27 days in the Submitted stage. I also found it strange that some candidates who received NOI in August are already in the Decision in Progress stage. Hopefully, there's a change in status next week.

Submitted : July 16th
Assesment : 25th July (9 days)
Decesion in Progress : 30th of July (5 days)
Decesion : Approved : September 13th(45 days)

Total number of days since I've submitted the application : 59 days

Yes, my score was also 445 but after accepting it went to 1030 - 15 points less. I think they some how deduct points...
