I managed to get all documents for PFL (reference letters were a huge pain, took 3 weeks). Will send the docs today.

I have CRS of 446. Missed the draw by one point. Hopefully in the next two weeks I'll have the nomination and/or direct ITA!

Can someone provide me a sample of PCC letter. Like CIC requesting for police Clearance certificate. My agent send me a snapshot of the document check list. Is that sufficient to show to Canadian embassy to request for PCC?

Only a few countries will require a letter from IRCC to release a PCC... If I'm not mistake Mexico is one.. But anyway, if that's your case then when you apply yo'll need to submit a LoE in place of the PCC and IRCC will issue you a letter.

Right so in that page I sent you you'll find this for the Kuwait PCC:

You must apply in person OR ask a representative (a friend, relative or colleague) in Kuwait, with a power of attorney, to apply on your behalf (see Special notes and considerations for complete address) and bring:

The letter from the Embassy of Canada requesting the Good Conduct Certificate
One photograph (4 × 6 cm)
A copy of your passport and ID card

So go to the embassy, take a photo (4x6 CM) and you passport and tell then you need The letter from the Embassy of Canada requesting the Good Conduct Certificate as per instruction on IRCC website - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/kuwait.asp... May be you should print out that page and take it with you.

If you have an ITA take the ITA letter with you too!

If they refuse (claiming that such letter should come directly from IRCC) then ask for the refusal in writing so that you can submit along with a LoE with your application in place if the PCC.
