Guys need advice -

I had got a gift deed (made on stamp paper) from my mom-in-law in oct 2016 and I had submitted the same to oinp as prof of funds..now after getting ita should I make a new gift deed with recent date and submit it or the old one will do??? They have asked for all recent docs..so other statements and all is fine..but gift deed also has to be new or old one will do?

Old gift deed is fine.
Bank certificate and bank statements should be dated anytime after the date you received your ITA.

I guess the unexpected does really happen. With considerably low points (468); received an ITA on the draw of January 4 before having received my nomination PS: that is still pending, application submitted in January 2016.

For those of you losing hope, please don't, as I was hung up in getting the nomination and stressing about it frantically without considering the possibility of getting a straight up nomination.

Hang in tight peeps - we've got this.... final stretch!

How much time does it take for local address verification in delhi - PCC? Its been a week nobody has visited yet.

Waddup- it takes about 15 days for the police to visit and another two days for them to send the clearance in Delhi. We got ours done. So relax and give it time

Hi Friends,

I have confusion, please help me in this.

I got my OINP nomination on Dec 4th, 2016, but my EE profile expired on Dec 5th, 2016. Due to this i requested for nomination to transfer into new profile, which is never happened.

Luckily, I received direct ITA under CEC on Jan 4th, 2017.

Now, While filling out details for federal, should I still write yes for Ontario nomination ? I have screenshot of acceptance under old EE Profile and message from OINP too, but OINP never sent me hard copy. I just want to mention to federal government like I got nomination month ago , OINP never transfer points on time.

Is there any chance still OINP will transfer my points after accepting ITA?

Please guide me under this situation.

A nomination fetches you 600 points which makes it sure that u get an ITA in the immediate draw. This implies, a nomination is a key to an ITA. However, when you already have an ITA what's the point in making a retro for a nomination.Once you get an ITA, the process is same for all.It's just a notion that OINP applications are processed faster. A notion with no evidence.If you are keen on OINP, you will have to decline the ITA to be able to receive a nomination from OINP. Think of the uncertainty involved. You are never sure when OINP is going to respond. For once,take look back and find out when was the last time CRS was as low as 678.A bird in hand is worth two in the bush. My sincere advice as a person with CRS 467 who knows the pain involved in waiting for an ITA for months together is to go ahead,get medicals and PCC done and submit your eAPR.

Did you get gift deed in October 2015 you mean or you are referring to updated POF after you might have got additional document request?

Just wondering since the funds have already turned old in your account and you will be giving last 6 months bank statement that will not show that transaction.

IMO< A gift deed would not be required now to be submitted to CIC.

I had made this gift in 2016 when I was asked for additional docs in oct 2016...so this transaction will reflect in my 6 months bank satnent

All the guys waiting for communication of any type from OINP, please confirm if anyone is receiving mails from OINP. I know few of them received nominations- Congratulations to all of them.

I am awaiting reply from OINP on my mails regarding profile details. So many mails sent to them are getting lost..spoke to someone and still no proper answer if they received, no movement in file status. Just clueless.

can anyone advise how to reach them, calls and faxes are working. Really worried.

We received a mail saying that the update of the profile is done after 4 emails and thousands of calls... it s a matter o time time
Let s hope that after the nomination the ita and the final procedures won t exceed 8 months as shown on their website.
