All the guys waiting for communication of any type from OINP, please confirm if anyone is receiving mails from OINP. I know few of them received nominations- Congratulations to all of them.

I am awaiting reply from OINP on my mails regarding profile details. So many mails sent to them are getting lost..spoke to someone and still no proper answer if they received, no movement in file status. Just clueless.

can anyone advise how to reach them, calls and faxes are working. Really worried.

I'm still waiting since Dec 1, when I received decision phase email. Really anxious and starting to get worried. No idea why it's taking so long and OINP is not transparent to tell the reason.

Thats true..no control on email management. The fact that they have not looked at all emails sent to them over this many months is a really not acceptable. We pay such fees for processing and finally after months of waiting all we know is they have not received the email..the issue is not of resending mails but the fact that the guy sitting and attending calls casually says we receive lots of email.huh? How is it that they have not one to look at emails when all we have is only emails to contact them and provide details.
I am super upset about the way it is handled. Feel helpless coz this one thing has put life on hold.

i am a silent follower and you all have been great advise on each step for me. I did not ever need to ask question because answer was already there all the time.

However, NOW I NEED YOUR ADVISE PLEASE.

I received Nomination on December 13th. and my file got expire on Dec 16. I sent new file info to OINP on Dec 16. Since then no reply from their office.

As per IRCC letter nomination should be re-confirmed in 30days. Now only 4 days left. Until now no response. I sent multiple emails. Spoke to an operator multiple times. but no progress.

What should i do now? What if my new EE profile would expire on Jan 15. Am i still be able to get 600 points from OINP?
What would be the scenario?

Please explain.
Any answer will be appreciated.

No need to worry. The validity to accept your earlier nomination letter is out of question since it was meant for your old expired profile. OINP will transfer your nomination to your new EE profile and then again you will have 30 days to accept nomination. 600 points will be transfered to your new EE profile. There are many candidates who have done this succesfully. Once you create a new EE profile, it is valid for 365 days from the date of creation or till your language results are valid.

You send them an email explaining thatbyou sent emails without answer.
Add this time pdf of the closure of the old profile and an ither pdf with the confirmation of the opening of the new one and the other pdf of job...
And you call them so they update it with you on thre
phone

I am confuse here, In IRCC letter this is the Special not.

""You must get confirmation of your nomination, register for JobBank, or update your profile with a valid job offer with in 30days.
If you do not,your Express Entry profile will expire and you will not be considered for permanent residence in Canada""

My representative said
""Hopefully we will get a reply before January 15th. However if that does not happen it will be fine as your Profile will remain active since you already created a new Job Bank account and its been accepted. If OINP does not re-confirm the nomination by the 15th then your profile will simply go back to the regular CEC pool waiting for a new OINP nomination or invitation to apply under the regular EE selection draws""

MEANS- I have to go through the same PROCESS agian, if i wont receive anything????

Your understanding is incorrect. Just follow what has been said before.

You should have money before you applied for OINP, is it not ? So, even if gift deed is made after the extra documentation is requested, then it should be more than 1 year old now. (from your signature #jan 11, 2016). And they might need only 6 months statement. And you can submit the gift deed as well if you want to be sure. Its not going to have any difference on POF with or without gift deed is what I feel.

Were you successful in procuring all PCC's ?

I had made this gift in 2016 when I was asked for additional docs in oct 2016...so this transaction will reflect in my 6 months bank satnent

Yes. Once you create a new EE profile, it is valid for 365 days as I said before. So, it does not matter when you receive nomination in your EE profile before expiry.

1. You received NoM 13-DEC
2. EE profile expired 16-DEC
3. You seem to be using an agent

So, I'm guessing your agent has already recreated your EE profile and send the correct details to OINP.

I think your agent has incorrectly assumed that OINP needs to transfer the NOM by 15-JAN otherwise it expires, what happens in your case is that as soon as OINP transfer the NOM to your new file it will be valid for another 30 days.

What I suggest you do, since you seem to be having bad info from your agent, contact OINP yourself and verify they have received your new EE profile information and if there is anything pending from you for them to transfer your NoM to your new profile... Sometimes they may ask for Job Bank IRCC message whcih your agent might have missed so they are still waiting.

Well i have some news, we recieved a call from ontario and they are asking for suplementary documents... yes
and well we have been told that our language tests must be valid during all the process for the ita and the federal part... our tests are going to expire in april, so my question is , if i have ita soon and i send all the documents, should i do the tests again during the process?

That's wonderful news, so you had an interview! Send the additional documents asap and you may get the nomination within a few days!

So if you get an ITA soon and you can submit all the documents and the the AOR before your IELTS expire you'll be fine... but have you already began gathering all the docs for ITA? If I were you I'd seriously think about retaking IELTS asap too. This is because if you mess up you'll have yet another chance before april.

Trust me, you don't want to be in a situation where you have to wait for some document like PCC and because of that you can't get AOR in time and you IELTS expire... that's the worse place to be man...
