Finally some progress.
Got the email Yesterday to submit the latest bank statement and pay slips of last 12 months. Is it normal? I submitted everything with the application. I think they are trying to see if I still hold the funds or not.. May be.

Question: My bank account still has more than half of the balance I showed earlier in JAN 2015. There was some downfall because EID and other events. Now I am depositing the remaining amount again and will send them the new statement along with pay slips. Will it be fine?

FYI:

Application received: JAN 03, 2015
AOR: July 2015
FSW Outbound

The requirement is to keep the funds intact during the application process.

Sent my Bank Statement scans yesterday.

Today also sent the same by DHL (hardcopies)

Not leaving anything loose.

Lets hope for the best in coming days.I hope they dont ask anything else.

That's actually a good approach, might do that as well!

CAN ANYONE PLEASE SHARE THE TEMPLATE OR THE THINGS WE NEED TO SHARE IN LETTER OF INTENTION TO ONTARIO..

My friend there is no such template and I URGE you not to simply cut and paste something you find online, as if they noticed that you've done you'll certainly get a PFL!

You must show your TRUE intent to reside in Ontario! How? Well quite simply really:
- Show them that you've researched Ontario and you list the things you most like about it and why it stands out to you when compared to other provinces
- List anyone you may know and have contact with in Ontario, if at all possible, give their contact details so that OINP can verify they know you! Even better if you can send them their Ontario IDs
- Show that you've looked for jobs in Ontario and contacted people about getting those jobs (email, etc.)
- If you're currently living in Ontario then send them you house lease or rent papers

If you can think of anything else that may TIE you to Ontario mention that too!

Remember, this must be personal and should be as convincing as possible WITHOUT lying (obviously). I hope this helps.

Guys can I show funds in my wife's account ? Even she is gonna also gonna come along

TO ALL SENIORS ON GROUP! I would appreciate your feedback on my below question or if I should post it on a different thread.

Does a Bachelor's degree plus the Project Management Professional credential satisfy the "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years" required for CRS points?

Thanks a lot in advance.

In addition what g126 suggested, the most very important thing is your NOC.

You must take out statistic of Industries in On that consume your NOC. Show them what is the ratio of job availability compared to other provinces. Give them proof of the job banks you have registered and any job you have applied. In short your NOC must be in demand in ON. Show them under how many titles you can get a job, list of job titles.

Unless you get a WES ECA which says bachelors ( 3 yrs) + 1 year diploma....you cannot consider this.

Hey gregrdyer, have you re submitted your ECA report to oinp ? or waiting for them to ask ?

Subsequent to the submission of my application to OINP, I went to WES site and paid to have the ECA report shared. So I didn't wait for them to ask. I thought it best to minimize any delays.

If your wife is accompanying you, you can use funds in her account as well. You MUST do a letter whereby your wife is in agreement to use her funds for your application. She MUST sign this document. I would even suggest that you get the document notarized.
