Guys! I am in deep shit here. I received my OINP AOR on 30-June-2016 (AOR letter says 29-June-2016). My DD was expired and they requested a new DD. I have replied their email confirming my mailing address so that they can send me the old. However, while I am waiting for the old DD, a new trouble just knocked me up. My IELTS got expired on 03-July-2016 and now EE profile is ineligible. I understand that I should have taken a second IELTS before the first one got expired. The reason is I feared of getting rejected as I had sent the WES report that I had downloaded from the WES site and not the photocopy of the paper report that WES had sent me via email.

The next available IELTS test here in Dhaka, Bangladesh is on 16-July-2016 & 30-July-2016. If I take the 16-July test, I am not sure I will be able to achieve a good score to maintain at least 400 CRS, but if I take 30-July test, I am afraid I may be too late to respond to my AOR with new payment.

Please suggest what should I do. (biting my nails)

I think you should not take risk and book both dates and try your best to deliver, if I am in your place

I am CEC inland and I submitted my application Jan 28. waiting for aor
I am in difficult situation right now. my pgp work permit expired feb 5 and I applied for extension that got rejected on may 5. I have to restore my status. can i restore as a visitor? what documents do i have to submit? My daughter born in canada and my wife is on her pgp work permit. Is there any one with same experience? I dont have much time. please help

U can always go on the spouse visa if your spouse has independent work permit.
