Hello,

I have a question. Is there anyone who got their nomination after apply to visitor due to PGWP expiry.

I am curious which application they process first those who applied for visitor or those who applied for bridge work permit. I am on implied visitor status. So do they still process my application on time or it could lead to further delay for my nomination. Any help would be great.

Yes, that is why, it is a glitch. Few CEC applicants had their applications rejected (not returned) by OINP lately because of an error related to incorrect calculation of work experience. The system calculates the points one month earlier (for me, the points got updated close to 2 months before). These applicants got AOR and their application was in the final phase and they were rejected after 5 + months of waiting. Pathetic.

If an applicant, who actually would gain 3 years work experience on September 20th and receives a direct ITA in August because of this points increase, s/he shouldn't submit the PR application. S/he should decline the ITA and wait until s/he "actually" completes 3 years (until September 20th).

Thats crazy... The system auto calculates it. They should'nt reject it. In my case received points for 2 yrs completion, 1 month before. Subsequently I received ITA the very next day. They did not reject my application for incorrect calculation. Well its a difft story that my application got rejected as there was ECA attached Crazy system.. they did not provided a place holder to upload the ECA

First name:- unknown
Middle Name N.A

Mailing address:- All placed randomly.. not in proper format. But covering most of the address
State Not mentioned. It should be Maharashtra
Country: Canada. It should be India

Request you guys to check your fee acknowledgement attachment and revert with your inputs.

Should I bring it to the notice of ontarionominee@ontario.ca?

There is nothing much to worry, but there is no harm in sending a mail with corrected details. why give them a chance to make another mistake.
