[OINP] My manager quit, what should I put on the reference letter?

The application guides says I need to submit an employer reference letter. The problem is, my previous manager quit a couple months ago and I'm now working under another manager. My letter of offer has my previous manager's name on it. So on the reference letter, should the company put both managers' name (and signatures) or just the current one?

Current one is fine.
