Since CEC has been suspended indefinitely, I am looking into PNP.
I am working full time as a coder in Toronto, but the problem is that my company doesn't have an office in the province.
Everyone is working from home now, especially in the IT industry.
But OINP has this requirement.

So I am wondering what other choices do I have.
Of course I could
1. quit and join a new company, but I like my current company.
2. quit and move to another province like Alberta, but again I like my current company and moving would be extremely tedious...
3. wait for tech draw, but my CRS is too HIGH for it (ironic, uh?). I can only lower it to 470. Beside, tech draw happens only twice per year.

Would like to learn from you guys.

Thanks!

Where are your company's offices located? Can you move to that province and qualify through that PNP program?

It doesn't have an office anywhere...
They got rid of it since the pandemic.

Hard call in that case.

You can lower your score and try to get picked through the tech draw. But even if you have a score in the tech draw range, that doesn't guarantee an invite.

Do you know about home-base business?
Can I claim that my boss' personal residence as the company's premises? (I would like to consult ppl before asking my boss about this...)

Tech draws are very risky. Moreover , there is no schedule of the draw.
