NOI: ICT Week (29th Jun)
Submitted: 22-Jul-2017
Assessment: 26-Jul-2017
DIP: 10-Aug-2017
Nomination: 12-Sep-2017
After DIP it was a very painful long wait but feeling relieved now.

I have received an invitation letter to submit documents for nomination on 29th June. But since Aug'17 i see the portal is not available to submit the documents.
Anyone who is in the same pool or i have other ways to submit my documents that you may suggest.

Quite a few of us are in the same pool. I received NOI on July 11, worked hard to gather all my documents, and was going to submit on July 25, the day it closed!
I have been waiting every day since then for it to reopen.
You'll just have to wait with me (and quite a few others, including my comrade @sundar17feb99 who missed the deadline by one hour!) and keep checking the OINP updates page

Appreciate your reply, does that fall under HCP and Federal skilled worker program. On the portal it is mentioned as " Notification of Interest (NOI) is valid for six months. This means that you must register a profile for the HCP Stream in the OINP e-Filing Portal within six months of receiving your NOI from Ontario."

Yes, I am talking about HCP. If you're a federal skilled worker, you probably fall under HCP, which unfortunately has been paused since July 25. However, if you are very good at French (took TEF and got CLB 7), you could qualify for the French Speaking stream of HCP which is still open.
Finally I got the nomination.. Application was processed without any additional document requests. This group was very helpful to submit my OINP application.
