Is it so? I thought it was an electronic access of your WES ECA to OINP. Which is done at same time.@mqamar1994 Can you verify please?
I have not personally experienced this but this is what I have heard, could even take 20 days.
Hey now that I have your attention :) I had a question, is it possible that one gets an ITA in the Express entry draw (keeping in mind that you score falls above their cutoff score) while one has also registered with OINP?

Really ? 2 weeks to deliver it internally within Canada ? Even if its through Postal service , this is really too much time to communicate between two high profile entities like both WES and Ontario NP office

I'm staying in Singapore and I got my WES report 7 days after completion of the evaluation via standard delivery, so delivery within Canada should be faster.

It takes 1-2 days for WES to send OINP the e-copy our ECA. You will receive an email that WES has sent them successfully afterwards.

Note - Im talking about the duplicate copy here.

BTW no one can enter the pool without an ECA.

Is it not a hard copy?

Exactly ...that is why I was commenting.... the urgency and profile of such entities and the # of associated daily requests would make them utilize a much more faster mean of communication ......@ the end of the day they are in the same country ,working mainly for the same purpose and we are in 2017 !

Is it not a hard copy?

No. Its an electronic copy. OINP will have an account in AccessWES where they receive those copies.

But it says on the summary Standard Delivery via Canada Post so I believe it is a hard copy.

Oh I rechecked again. The e-copy is for IRCC & Standard Delivery for OINP.

Yes Brother. It is very much possible, but with a CRS of 400, it might take ages to get Direct ITA. :)

Its written 7 days maximum! Canada is a big country, 7 days are justified for domestic deliveries.
