Hello all!

I submitted my application for OINP on the 22nd of July and its status changed to 'assessment' on the 26th. However, after going through a lot of threads, I realised that I had only uploaded a digital copy of my passport photograph and not a scanned copy of the actual photograph's back with my name and DOB on it. Has anyone received a nomination in a similar case? Should I just scan and send a photograph upfront without them asking for it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot :)

Hey hi hope you are well. Any updates I am still in submitted stage since 20th July and have not received any requests for additional documents either.
Hi, hope you are well too! No updates for me, still in Submitted stage since 4th July and no requests for additional documents. Almost a month now with no updates!! It's killing me! :eek:

Anyone who got nomination last night?
@sat_cse28?

I don't know if I understood your question properly, but I only cropped a passport photograph to the requirements required and submitted, front only, no back or whatsoever and was accepted.

OP is asking if he needs to send the scanned copy of the back photo with the name and dob written. Reason being, on the portal, it says front and back of the photo, but this only applies to the manual system (obviously carried to the electronic system).

Yep you are right. I just followed whatever is mentioned in the OINP guide checklist, and it does not ask for back photo, which does not make sense anyway in a digital submission.

Btw, can someone let me know what is AOR?

Acknowledgment of Receipt - you get this after submission of application or when you're asked to submit additional documents

I have submitted my application with all required docs but today i have got a email that some information is missing. So, they requesting to submit all missing docs within 14 days. What is the problem? Again, in what format should i submit my cv? In North American format? Can anyone give me a sample copy of that format?

There is no fixed format for the CV. Just upload copy of your CV in word of pdf format.

Try 200 dpi then 100 if you do not get the desired file size. I myself scanned my whole passport 4 times due to larger file size! :)
Thanks! Do you think 100 dpi scan quality will be acceptable?
For OINP application ... main applicant's passport scan can go up to 10M in one file ....as its includes a full paper Scan...
Thanks for the info!
