I have OINP job offer from employer and submitted to OINP portal on 19th March 2024. The job offer does not mention any end date.
My work visa is going to expire on Sept 2024. If I don't get ITA before that, what will happen to my application and job offer under this stream?

Did you get an invitation and submitted it on March 19th? Or did you submit your expression of interest?
You would need to update your application in September because you will no longer have a valid work permit at that point. Did you receive your ITA from OINP yet? If not, your score will drop by 10 points for not having a valid work permit.
Mine went from DIP to Awaiting Information. They asked my employer to revise my wage to meet the median wage for my NOC 10022, which my employer did and sent back to OINP. Two days later (today), the status went back to DIP. I suspect the nomination should come in this week or the next.
