dear friends,
I would like to discuss my case here.
i have given ielts on 16 november 2015.
got score
listening : 8.5
reading : 7.5
speaking : 8
writing : 6

Then i got my ECA on march 2016.

created my profile 23 march 2016 and done with all other procedure like job bank and job seeker code.

Got Total score of 411.
Waiting for ontario nomination.

Now, as Nomination will open and hopefully ( finger crossed) will be getting in November my question are:

1. My birthday falls on august and then my points will get down by 5 and it will be on 406 score. ( will this be done automatically or i need to update)
2. If i apply with all the documents in December ( hopefully) and lets say it will take say another 4 month in the whole process. so by march end.
During this my express entry profile will expire what need to be done?
3. If i receive a positive response and get the nomination then i have to wait for another draw which might take for another 1 month may be by April end.
4. so lets say in May i get the invitation to apply and all process will take another 6 month for whole process .
( during this process my ielts ( November 13) will get expire )
what shall i do and it is bit confusing.

Need a bit clarification regarding marriage certificate as i am married but not applying for her in this application. DO i need to add marriage certificate even after she will not be accompanying.

IELTS is valid for a period of two years from the day of test.

IMO IELTS expiry should not be your concern till NOV 17.

OINP might resume sending PT EOIs from November 2016. When they do and assuming the rules don't change, there is a good chance that you will receive yours.

This will happen automatically.

2. If i apply with all the documents in December ( hopefully) and lets say it will take say another 4 month in the whole process. so by march end.

We don't know how fast they'll process the applications. At present, there is a backlog - October/November 2015 applicants are still waiting nominations. Hopefully, they'll speed up when they get the 2017 quota.

Yes, your nomination is sent to your myCIC account and you have to accept it to receive 600 points. After the points are updated, you will get your ITA in the next draw.

It is sufficient if your IELTS is valid until the time you submit your e-APR. Doesn't matter if it expires post e-APR submission.

You can try for SINP also. It is easier. There are 2-3 Intakes will open up to 31 Dec. and 2nd Jan. is the normal date for opening every year.

That shouldn't matter for your PNP nomination you're issued with a certificate that you can use in multiple profile .. So when EE profile is nearing expire date just create new one. when did you applied ..?

I used fixed deposit too and I have had no issues till date. Awaiting nomination. Timeline in my signature.

Thanks. That helped. I will retake IELTS by October. If can inprove two bands, I will get 429 crs. Though already applied for QSW, I am excited about OINP.

What makes you think I am joking sir? There is no reason to joke here - I am a November applicant and I haven't received my nomination yet. Its still pending. People are all frustrated and waiting for nominations from OINP.

Dear Sir, If you were a November Candidate of SINP then you have been a Canadian Resident till now. U have 425 CRS. Why didn't u think about SINP? Many 325 CRS holder Nov. 15 SINP applicants are enjoying in Canada.
