Hi all - it's great to hear about more of you getting your nominations.

My EE profile is going to expire tonight, I have received my ITA and have completed most of the application - just waiting for my medical next month.
Will my EE profile still expire or am I in the 'safe zone' as I have received ITA?

You need to accept the ITA and answer the first few questions till you reach the main page where you need to fill up different forms. Once you arrive at that page, then your EE profile will not expire.

Be patient!!! Ensure the translations are perfect, in order. Review your docs several times before upload e APR!!! Good luck.

"The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has assessed your application to a positive decision. The Program is attempting to issue you a nomination through the Express Entry portal.

However, on your application, you provided us with an invalid job seeker code of XYZ. The job seeker code is a four digit code. Please send us the letter which has both the Express Entry number and job seeker code on it."

The subject line is NLA status.

Hey!
I tried sending you a personal message, but it seems that your inbox is full. Here they are asking for your job seeker validation code. you have to mail the letter which you might have received initially while you created your profile with job seeker validation code and express entry profile number.
But, since you said your profile is going to expire tomorrow, then you have two options either to mail them your current job seeker validation code today and wait for the nomination and draw to happen before your profile expires or you can recreate your express entry profile and provide them the new details.

Other fellow members can also suggest what should be done in this case.

Please check whether this email address is genuine. Usually, if they needed a job seeker code, they would have asked you before giving you nomination, maybe during ADR phase.

With a nomination and an offer of employment on the same province or territory as the nom you can apply for a WP, but you need an job offer!

"Temporary work permits for nominees with a job offer
Ontario nominees can apply for a temporary work permit while their permanent residence application is being processed overseas. A provincial nomination does not guarantee approval of a temporary work permit application. CIC is responsible for the issuance of temporary work permits. If granted, the temporary work permit will allow a nominee to travel to Ontario to begin working for his/her employer sooner. Ontario nominees are exempt from the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) process. To learn more about the LMIA process visit the Employment and Social Development Canada website."

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program will support temporary work permit applications of nominees. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program recommends that nominees check with their nearest visa office to learn about temporary work permit requirements, which may apply to their situation, such as a medical examination.
