You can get an e-mail from your manager/supervisor confirming the number of hours you work from their official e-mail ID. You can save that e-mail to a PDF and send it to OINP.

One of my friends (November applicant) was in a similar situation and he received his nomination the very next day after submitting this information! This happened in Feb 2016.

Any document that shows that you are a permanent employee and work for the stipulated hours. You have the following options:
1.Does your company leave tracker show the number of hours you've worked? If yes a copy of that would work.
2. Ask your company to provide new reference letter with your office timing.
3.Ask your manager to provide letter and notarise it along with his business card or on official email

Your working hours can be confirmed by getting a letter from your company specifying your working hours. The letter must be on your company's letter head, stamp and sign by Hr or any of the superior in your department.

Congratulations MZASAM . Happy for you! Please advise what is the next best thread you will be joining ? I have already joined a thread called IRCC ITA process December OINP nominated. These threads help us alot and keeps us updated about the timelines and how things are going .
