I'm not sure how They know this, but take a look at the last comment on this thread:syedahraza said:@ g126, well the OINP operator always told me that my investigator officer has gone over my additional documents that I had sent and it is with the senior officer now.
It may be that NB is both a processing officer and a senior officer... After all, if there are no decisions to be made the senior officer must do other things like process normal applications... Or it could be that he's justa processing officer with enough seniority to make decisions... ;Dmaribui said:I'm not sure how They know this, but take a look at the last comment on this thread:

g126, what do you make of today's trend? 2 Jan FSW applicants getting nominations and both of them got document request well after the Feb and March applicants.g126 said:It may be that NB is both a processing officer and a senior officer... I know, this is great!!! Fingers crossed as it will soon be our turn ;Dsyedahraza said:another Jan FSW applicant just got nomination. Good signs
Just like I'd said it before buddy... they process on a first come first served basis, so for that to be true they'll need to get through the majority of Jan to start doing Feb... And then the majority of Feb to start doing March!syedahraza said:g126, what do you make of today's trend? 2 Jan FSW applicants getting nominations and both of them got document request well after the Feb and March applicants.
Thanks g126, those were my fears also after seeing today's nominations.g126 said:Just like I'd said it before buddy... they process on a first come first served basis, so for that to be true they'll need to get through the majority of Jan to start doing Feb... I really thing they got the newbies to start from the back of the queue with the ADRs, just so that when the actual processing officers got the our files they'd already have the necessary docs to make a decision and would have to ask us and wait 15 days before going back to our file and making a decision.
In summary: after they started randomly asking for ADRs getting an ADR became sort of mealiness in predicting when your NoM will come as they will keep it fair and process who came first, FIRST. So basically the rule of getting a NoM 1-3 weeks after ADR will not be the case for March people that got ADRs 20 days ago.
You're FEB and Inland so you'll probably be processed faster than other FSW in Feb.
AGAIN, this is my personal opinion so bear that in mind when criticizing! Like I've said before, I hope I'm wrong but it doesn't look like I am!
Did you by chance ask how long does it take to move to the decision phase, 3 weeks? or 90 days !vignesh8589 said:Dear all,
Again called OINP and got the same answer that the application is in the second stage of processing. Went on and asked what does that mean and she says an analyst will verify and if at all they require any docs or information u shall receive a mail or phone. Same old answer. Any idea if they dont work from December - Jan. Cos i remember reading it somewhere in the OINP site. Waiting isnt a problem but waiting for 2 months with no movement seems to be a killing one. :'(
Then how do they expect to complete all applicants by December end is a real mystery. Only if they process all applications simultaneously will they be able to finish at least 75% of the applications.g126 said:Just like I'd said it before buddy... they process on a first come first served basis, so for that to be true they'll need to get through the majority of Jan to start doing Feb... I have sent the status update mail too and it's been more than 2 weeks but as usual no reply.MichaelCorleone said:After waiting endlessly, watching my fellow forum users get ADRs and acknowledgments, trying to reach OINP on phone, i have finally emailed OINP on top of my AOR asking for a status update regarding my application. Its been over 3 months since AOR, so I hope they realize they owe me a response.
Will keep you posted as and when I hear something.
No point in getting disappointed. There is no standard procedure OINP follows .ankurparekh1988 said:I have sent the status update mail too and it's been more than 2 weeks but as usual no reply.
Very much disappointed the way OINP is dealing with the application. Everyone is waiting to get nomination but wait should be time specific and not endless.
Let's hope for the best.
Although a really good idea, poor guy who is currently maintaining the list, he will have much more work... Also, only a few people say who their officer is...ankurparekh1988 said:Guys, is it possible to maintain a list with case officers name at the time of AOR , ADR and Decision.
It will help others to know that how different officers working on application.
