I just checked the CRS cut-off in the last draw of 24th Aug, and almost fainted. CRS 538 with again 750 ITAs only!! So much for the CRS cut-off slowly decreasing. Was kind of looking forward to a direct ITA, but seems like waiting for the OINP nomination to take its own sweet time is the only option.

Hello everyone, I received AoR on Aug 12 and was told to provide an address for them to return my expired draft and I should replace the old. I want to find out if I need to send the new draft before they return the old because my plan was to return the draft to the friend of mine in the US that helped me do the first draft so we can retrieve the fund. I have responded to their email and produced his address but have not heard anything from OINP till date. Any suggestions/ideas?

As far as I know, very less number of people got their old DD back before sending a new one and it usually takes about 3 weeks or sometimes even more, but you are expected to submit a new draft within 30 days from your AOR according to their website (Q13 on http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPINTAKE.html), so please send a new one than waiting for the old one.

My AOR letter had the following information about profile expiry:ektasapra said:
Should your Express Entry profile - for which Ontario’s Notification of Interest was issued - expire or be removed from the Express Entry system, and should you wish to continue with your OINP application using a new profile, you must email the following to our office within 30 calendar days of this letter:
- The Express Entry number/job seeker validation code for your new profile;
- A copy of the letter you received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) acknowledging the new profile;
- A letter explaining why you updated your profile; and
- A list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express Entry profile
Create a new profile after withdrawing the old one and inform OINP about the same with above mentioned details. The second point talks about the letter that you get upon creating a new profile which has your EE profile number and Job Seeker Validation Code. You get two pdfs, so choose the right one.

And you can't predict from months to months too, it really depends on your file number, ie. 160011xx? 160066XX? <- This is 5500 Applications apart, that's the entire allotment for Ontario in year 2016.
