I have a similar timeline , but my first add doc is 6 months bank statement . My officer is NB, how about yours? No news after Nov 6th 2016

What option did you use to get to operator? I used option 1 for english & 0 for an operator & cudn't get anyone.

That is right. It is your luck if you can get through. There are many people calling at the same time. But I often call around 3 and 4 pm Toronto time as there is more likelihood of you talking to the operator.

For march group they seem to be moving the application to assessment phase as soon as they receive the additional docs... But some people don't get a confirmation/ACK whilst other do, I get it depends on your processing officer. I sent mine this morning and haven't received ACK from them yet... Still hoping to receive one tomorrow!

Better to call OINP and check your status with them. I too didn't receive any acknowledgement email after sending them the additional documents.

Mine is a number which is very close to file number. only a digit difference between two. I think it is a typo error by them. I've already sent them the documents which they have asked. But i am worried that officer will not be able to search in his inbox with the file number as it is wrong. What shall i do here?
