Offer letter sent by email

My offer letter was sent to me through email, apparently the university does not issue paper-based offer letters anymore.

How do I submit it with the application (asking for original + copy)? Print out a color copy or 2 copies?

And if I need to get copy notarized, what will the person compare it to? One printout with the other? Do I take my stupid laptop with me? ???

simple show them the mail where they write the donot provide paper-based offer letters anymore.

1. You need LOA for visa file, not offer letter. You can submit photocopy/email printout of LOA.

Just print it out.If you are submitting online then that's fine.

I meant the LOA of course.

Am not submitting online, submitting paper application.

I suppose you will have to make do with a print out of the LOA, and do another thing write an application stating your problem clearly, and attach a print out of the email (or whatever) where the university has specifically told you that they do not send paper versions of LOA
