Yes.. Either you can collect your letter be yourself or any one on your behalf.. It does not require days friend. just go and get it prior they dispatch for your side. and make sure if any one else going to collect it for you.. you should provide the complete details about that person receiving it for you to the concerned University personnel via email or by fone..

ask them to send scanned version of offer letter....it will solve the purpose
and if u want offer letter by hand arrange a courier pickup service to pickup courrier from NAIT to jalandhar(i booked DHL to pickup my offer letter from universty).... it will take 4 days to 1 week

Absolutely.. your cousin can collect. just inform the Institute that my cousin is going to pick the letter up.. Provide them with the complete details about your Cousin better on E-mail. Also, add CC to your Cousin...

i have a problem my consultant didnt mention it earlier ..nait ask for payment of $75 for assesment of documents,.if my cousin pay this fees at their campus then in how many days i ll get offer letter??

All consultant Sucks Actually.. Any ways just let me know, how they processed your case without getting the application fee ??

And if they already issued you the offer letter, your cousin can collect that courier same day..

they process the application by getting $115 but now they want $75 for assesment of documents...nait wants this not my consultant.....hell with the nait....
