AOR : Oct 3, 2024
Application : 2 adults
Main applicant : Test completed on Dec 21, Language and Physical completed on Jan 15. BG and Prohibition are in progress. CBSA notes says CSIS Screening is "Pending Results" created in AOR date!
Dependent : BG completed on Nov 23, Test completed on Dec 10, Language and Physical completed on Jan 15. Prohibition completed in March 10. And no further progress as my BG is not completed yet and keeping the dependent stuck too.

Have you submitted together as a family?

In my case, if I knew they would hold the dependent's application hostage to the main applicant's progress and not let it go independently, I wouldn't apply as a family. I don't understand their logic.

Same as mine for IRCC notes, but mine from CBSA is not blank. Under the CIT CSIS Screening it says "Pending Results" and no update so far.

Can someone please educate me about what CBSA, CIT CSIS is. I applied on October 25th,2025. BG and prohibition still bending. Last heard from them was 1st February. Vancouver office. Worried and disappointed! Any help?

it sounds like your background check is still in progress? this part can cause a hold up for people

My case is similar as well ( 1 adult - 1 minor) but i haven't created a tracker for my son. Do i need to or any progress will be reflected on my tracker ?

I think you should. Because my child tracker showed that Prohibition completed while my is not

Thanks for the info. Just checked my Son's tracker for the first time and it shows Prohibition as complete, while mine is still in progress !!
