I have been a silent viewer of this forum all these days. Am here today to update my status which i got to know when I made first call to CIC today to know my application status and the agent updated as follows :

AOR : OCT 13th 2020
Medicals Passed : Nov 24th , No BioMetrics not required.
Eligibility : Passed
Security : Passed
Criminal check : Passed
VO : OTTAWA
CEC INLAND

Agent said : "waiting for final decision to be made" . Now I am curious about :

When can I expect PPR ? and these updates are not reflecting on my online application is it still ok ?

Just gave IRCC another call today, the man who answered the call is totally unskilled. Not even ask my name or application number, and I ask him to help to check my status and he said what you see on the website is your application status. And I say if I can see into my files why I need to call your guys multi times and wait 1 hour to get a callback. He said, "Good question"... What a silly answer.
Past calls are good but this one totally 0/10. Wish I can record and report him.
I don't know why he gives me a callback more than an hour after I called them and give me useless answers.

Hey I got the exact reply last time when I called. I then asked him if the call was recorded and how come his colleague could provide me the last time I call, some information. He then asked for my details and answered politely.

Is it possible and okay for one to raise a webform to submit Schedule A form because a work experience that wasn’t included in personal history? The work experience is not a paid job but appears when my name is searched on google, on the website of the company
Do I fill a Schedule A form to include this? PLease how do I go about it?

Hello. If there are gaps then IRCC will contact you and request the schedule A.

If she has a LMIA and a job offer, then she can travel to Canada and may be exempt from travel restrictions.

All other foreign nationals
To be eligible, you must meet one of the following requirements:

• You must be travelling directly from the US for a non-discretionary purpose.
• You must be exempt from the travel restrictions and be travelling for a non-discretionary purpose.

However, this will only exempt her, not her family, who will need an AL to travel.

Also, she’s worried if her LMIA approved job offer will be valid in the eyes of IRCC (though the offer letter states that the job is for indeterminate time and permanent) as due to COVID if the company would still require an Outland person to fill for that job requirement which was practically not filled during this whole COVID time?
Will be LMIA job offer have any standing once travel restrictions are lifted ?

The processing times will depend on the country from where you apply for WP, and can range from 4-8 weeks.

1. You can prepare one yourself, however, if you get one from the company who was your client, on their letter head and with your job duties, that would be ideal.

2. As long as your clients can affirm, and you can substantiate it with your business, by showing lease for business, business registration , etc, you ill be fine. IRCC states:

• if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

3. Lines of business means what all did you do as a part of your business. Eg. If you were a medical doctor, what kind of patients you treated and what procedures you had. If you were an engineer, what kind of work you did, as in your specialisation, the consultations you gave and the projects you undertook.

I have to say that, I declared that I am an employee and already sent the letter explaining my job duties on the company signed by the company.
So do you think, is it ok to prepare it my self this time and mention my employer(company owner) as my client?
and should I mention the company's clients?

I am not privy to your documents and situation. On the forum you can only be pointed to general resources, but no one can give you tailored advice. If you received a letter, is it for additional documents, or is it a procedural fairness letter.

In either case, if you think you cannot prepare documents yourself, you should consider consulting an immigration lawyer.

Most request from IRCC are straight forward and you can respond yourself. But to guide you on whether you need letters from your clients or you can submit the yourself, will depend on your individual circumstances.
