That's great, receiving the BIL is also indication that your R10 stage has been completed and the file now has moved (usually) to the next and most important stage of Eligibility Review. All the best.

Gor at an email today that "Your application status has changes.". Looks like a Ghost Update but nothing seems to be have changed! Any idea people?

Last I heard from these forums we were on AOR Oct 10th for CEC Inland.
Mine is 20th. Fingers crossed I'm getting an update soon

Just called IRCC agents to check the status of my application:

Eligibility: Not yet started
Security: Not yet started
Criminality: In Progress

The agent said the VO is apparently Centralized Intake Office (CIO).

AOR 5th October 2020, MEP Passed November 23rd, 2020 and BIL Pending.

I got two Biometric collections letters, one dated on 24 Non and other dated 25 Nov. Both says we need to book an appointment. But the link given says we need to wait for the call. PA CEC inland - Pending Biometric, Dependents in India, biometric already done a year back.
