I got a new job. Should I update this to IRCC.?I already had 3.4 years of experience and I had provided all the documents for it during e apr. While apr I was unemployed. Now I have received a new job. So this is not changing my crs score or eligibility in any way. Still should I update through webform?

Same situation here. I chose not to update, since it doesn’t affect my score in anyway.
Yes, You should update IRCC via webform, as they have already recommended to update whenever there is a change in personal circumstances like marital status, job status etc

Unfortunately, the progress bar just shows the time elapsed from the day an application is submitted. It does not inform what stage or how far an application has been processed. To read about progress bar https://bit.ly/3lUaSgV
How long does it usually take for the background check (R10) to be complete post AOR?
My medicals have been cleared. Background check status still shows as reviewing.

Background check is a generic term for criminality check, security screening and information sharing.
R10 is also called completeness check is the first step in the process
