I raised webform on nov 7th today I received reply

AOR oct 16 2019.COR INDIA.PNP OUTLAND.As a reply to my webform I was sent an correspondence mail regarding application approval on Feb 27 2020 which I did not receive.In further communication with ircc it mentioned due to ongoing covid the RFV letter will be resend once things relax.My Gcms notes says application approved ,rfv sent,client didn't receive rfv,resend rfv when situation ..
I wrote to ircc,cio,ndvo in regards to it.NDVO replied it will only reply if I receive passport request from them.CIO replied NDVO currently not resending rfv currently.Request is retained ans resend/reopen file as circumstances allow.IRCC same generic reply I got.My medicals also expired on Nov 6 2020.i didn't receive remedical or extension as of now.What is the best possible solution in my case to speeden up the process.Whom shall I contact?Thank you in advance

I'm in the same situation like @agrawalaakshay.I dropped a mail to NDVO,CIO,IRCC aswell but as an automated reply from NDVO it says "we will not answer any questions unless uou received passport submission letter".Comming to CIO as it was my VO they said "currently NDVO is not resending ppr mails. Your file will be reopened/resend rfv as circumstances allowed".What is the best possible solution in this case.Please help.Thank you in advance

Yes I have raised webforms also.I always get same reply -your application in progress or our agent already replied to your mail on so and so date regarding this. I didn't mail Ottawa as I thought it was not my VO.If u insist I can drop a mail to Ottawa as well.

@legalfalcon , i see you have been patiently answering to a lot of queries. Thanks for helping us out. I’m just wondering if there is any update on oct ‘19 aors. Anyone else who got ppr yet. I’m from Delhi, India and have been waiting for over a year now. Hopefully like others will get that golden email soon.

We have filed our pr application through a consultant and they don’t have any info on the whether are medicals have expired or we need to go for re meds. So would really appreciate if you all post any update on your progress.

Your consultant should be able to help you out with this and can in fact request a detailed status update by requesting a copy of your Gcms Notes.

Are people getting replies to their webform inquiry? I have done webform inquiry twice in two weeks and no response yet.

Same here I raised webform and also sent mail but no reply not even the generic mail reply.

Ha e you requested your GCMS notes. You have to figure our if your application has cleared eligibility or not.

You can also send a webform and inquire about your application.

for either the webform or GCMS notes, you do not need your consultant. You can do it yourself and the information will be sent to your email id.

Thanks for the suggestion @legalfalcon . I’m not too sure how to request forGCMS notes or send webform. What all information is required from my end to fill the form and are there any charges.

@legalfalcon I also see a new entry in my CIC profile - Proof of citizenship and/or search of citizenship records - with 60 days left to submit.
