Nope, raised webform for that too, I got same old standard reply from IRCC, " Application in progress, due to covid-19 timelines might vary".

did you recieve your passport back? mine was similar but because of covid, everything paused. finally Oct. they sent for currier but then half way out the country, they asked for another judicaire and returned the passport.
