Just to be clear, PA is not from a visa exempt country and Passport with photos is already in Ottawa as of morning Friday, 03/02/2018. Looks like they produced the actual Visa since document section of GCKey has Document - "Counterfoil" and Document Number -"T123456789" (Visa number). So at this point I am checking daily my return envelope tracking number....

Ah OK! I received an email 3 days after they received my passport photocopy, which contained a copy of the CoPR. I got the paper copy in the post 2 days later (today). Shouldn’t be long for you!

I am originally a July applicant but my file got sent back. hussy and I resubmitted our file on Oct 17th. got aor1 Nov 27, immigration started processing my app Dec 27, file transferred to Trinidad v.o Jan.4th still waiting for medical request I'm almost 5 months in the process

Hello everyone. I am a bit worried that our police certificate has not yet been asked for...has this happened to anyone else? our app was received on oct 30, after that SA, medical request and sche A were requested withing days apart, end of dec, but no police certificate...does it differ from what country you are applying for? We have a legal representative in canada taking care of all our process...and they say to just wait.

Thank you for replying. Last week we received an email for my husband to attend the interview. When they send the email the subject line was “letter of convocation”. This is actually the second time we apply and the first time when they requested my husband for an interview the first email’s subject line was “embassy of lebanon”. Does the change in the subject line mean something?
