While it is possible to get your PPR via regular mail, It is rare!. In other words, don't expect to get PPR via regular mail. Now to your question - generally in DM stage, the CIC matrix explains that at this stage , a decision has been made on your application i.e it has either been "approved" or "denied" . Considering your timeline and confirmation from CIC, you are approved. Now being approved doesn't mean you'll get PPR immediately. Sometimes it takes 4 - 5 weeks. Your application can be approved and be in queue for the visa stamping - this appears to be the case with you.

Its possible! Because it happens to my friend, shes on decision made for 3weeks and he called cic and they said it was sent via regular mail thats why it takes so long.

Hello Seniors,

Please advise as my status is showing in process now and shows " We started processing your application on March 24, 2015 ."
I am totally confused as I applied on 20 October 2014 and have received my AOR on 24 March 2015. and still I am waiting for medical request .
How is it possible if they have my file in process from 24 March and I have not even received medical request. Can some one please advise what is best email address to write ask queries about my case.
