Did CIC give you a deadline to submit the document ? sometimes, CIC does not check back until the deadline has expired so you can be stuck in IP for up to 60 days or however long the deadline given to have the document on file. Mailed documents takes up to 6 weeks to be checked into your folder

In my case when add doc was asked and they gave me 30 days (17 Aug), doc reached to them within ten days........and i am still waiting in IP....its now very frustrating.......

yes they gave me 30 days...but I send them the docs after a day and they received after 5 days...I'm inland applicant by the way...so sad and frustrating to wait every day

October 27th applicant.
Over a month now after IP. Its taking ages to update from IP to DM..

Ya got 30 days too so as Canada in between I faxed it on the 29th sent by tracked mail same day with holiday it was not delivered until the 6th July.... it's the waiting..... I was starting to panic as people were saying of 4 to 8 weeks after your asked to pay you will get copr!!!

I guess the left of the oct/Nov group mostly belong to the case of additional doc req and they may take it up all of those in one go, but not sure when

Yes, in process since June 19!! No additional document request and and I paid the fee immediately after I received the request email.

I got GCMS notes and it shows my eligibility is Pass and only Security Screening is pending. Seems like they forgot to start the security screening back in February. I suspect this is the case because there is an entry on the GCMS note for Security in February 17 saying Old Status: Not Started and New Status also Not Started. I think this is where they should have started the security screening process but they did not. The last entry on the notes for security is on June 19, 2015 where the Old Value is Not Started and New Value is In Progress.

I am not 100% sure this is the reason but that's my best guess.

But I am a British citizen, so I don't know if I have to send my actual passport to them or just photocopies.
Anyone else in this situation?
