No we havent yet, we should be getting a letter or email from NDVO right after the file has been transferred?

Do you or anyone know rough next steps

I checked the status.

Decision made for me and application received Oct 28th and medicals received.

We are just happy the medicals have been connected to the file since she had to do the medicals in an old password but the application file has a new passport number

Yes... showing file number and asking for fees and pcc if not already submitted (System Generated email).

yea we should since everyone from New Delhi has been getting it, I also asked in the New Delhi forum.
My status says the same.

Draxz, I'm in the same situation, my medicals were done on the old passport number (and for me also it say "medicals received" along with application for PR recd)

My medicals expire in the next 6 days thought so I'll be asked for remedical!
Hope that doesn't affect my timeline by too long!

For all those whose medicals are going to expire before the process is complete, DO NOT do it again until NDVO sends a request for it.

I read this on another forum, you need to get it only when they send you documents because you need to take those documents for your remedical.

You must be relieved as much as we are then. The expiring medicals shouldn't affect a lot since I have seen people being requested to retake and given the COPR within a week.

Yes you shouldnt take the medicals without being requested.

Guys, i just went on my ecas and it says decision made on sponsorship application and it also says that they sent me a letter January 19, I just want to know if it is a good news or bad?

Okay so I had my info wrong a little, my app was received on October 30,2014. Not the previous Oct.27. Lawyer did not tell me exact date, but I know this now because I received AOR email today at 2pm. Wonderful news just in time for anniversary.

CIC would not refuse you without asking for more documents (relationship proof, police certificate for a country you lived in for more than 6 months, etc) or arranging an interview.

We cannot guarantee that it is a positive decision but if they have not requested anything from you or did not arrange an interview and you have had no contact with them then it is highly likely that the decision is a positive one.

Thanks for the input andrew. I am really hoping it is a positive one and I was wondering why I haven't receive any email about the sponsorship application except for the AOR I received last week and saw the status from ecas that it became "decision made".

Mav, it looks that this is SA, and after Andrew's response it looks he thought about final DM, for the whole application. If you got your AOR just last week, I would say this is SA. Not sure if I understand it correctly, you wrote nothing about your timeline other than AOR last week, so this would be my conclusion )
