I am not sure how many others from are still waiting from out Oct or from other months. Thought NDVO sends out AOR2 I dont think you guys should be worried that it wasnt sent since as you are aware not all VO send out AOR2 and not receiving one doesnt mean its not in queue.

I would still do a case specific enquiry to NDVO just to be sure.

I know but if the everyone is getting em we should expect ours as well since our VO is same..

ignore it. the information isn't necessarily directed at you about your application. it is usually a standard letter where your information is added. if you've sent everything, then it doesn't have to be resent.
Hey i got this letter too
I submitted them again ...the photocopies of pcc and proof of payment dnt wry ..there is no harm in sndin the photocopies if u hav already submitted

Your husband is the sponsor and he got the email, did you give your email as the principal applicant..because as far as i know the principal applicant is suppose to get AOR2 email..

Is this mail or email you've got ?

Good luck!

We only got our AOR last week, too. SA seems to come around 5-12 days after AOR, so hopefully it won't be too much longer for us.

Cheers!

what date your AOR says app recieved?
I am a similar situation as I had to resend documents still waiting for S/A

I also had to resend documents, but the AOR says that it was received on Oct 27th, which was the original date I first sent everything in.

We have also received AOR2 from NDVO yesterday, and it says please send the copy of RPRF fee and Police clearance if not already sent along with letter that received in in mail. Do you guys sent them again the copies by email or postal letter? if by email whats the email address?
19 Jan 2015 we got SA approval and Application was filed on Nov 4, 2015.
Thanks

Did you already send those docs and payment with your application? The key part of what you just typed is "please send the copy of RPRF fee and Police clearance if not already sent along with letter". If you've already done it, ignore that is the standard writing of the SA/AOR. We submitted a fully complete application from the beginning and until they send us a request for something specific, we will wait and stay busy with other things!

Hi all, I'm on the chain for the London outland applicants on this forum. One of the forum leaders has very helpfully put together a FAQ that is SUPER comprehensive. I attach the link here. I highly recommend a read through this and refer to it as needed throughout your application process because it will answer loads of the questions that repeat on this forum. Do remember that it is geared towards London apps so there may be some variance but otherwise, it will be a great tool for all.

Hello,

I am not sure if this is the thread I was discussing about an address change my wife had sent via the case specific enquiry to the NDVO last week and we got this reply.

It says and key things to note:

"Thank you for your e-mail informing us that your address has changed. Please be advised that we require the applicant’s signature, or the signature of the applicant’s authorized representative, in order to update the address on a file."

"Kindly note that your current mailing address stands unchanged and your e-mail request has been deleted. The change will only be made after we receive a request signed by the applicant or the authorized representative. We will not confirm receipt of an address change request by mail/ e-mail received at this office but the file will be updated."

"Also note that a change of address submitted to a visa office will NOT be reflected on the online Client Application Status system."

Hope this helps someone

Is AOR2 worded differently depending on which visa office is handling the application? I received an email today that says

"This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/10/31"

That's the date Mississauga received our application. I thought AOR2 would mention the date the visa office abroad received it, so I'm wondering if this is actually AOR2 or something else. We received SA 2 weeks ago, so I'd say it is, but the date confused me. Also, there's no mention of the RPRF fee or the police certificates.
