police records are only valid for 90 days after they have been issued. This means CIC must RECEIVE it within this time. This does not mean CIC must start processing your application within this time. All that matters is you send it in and cic receives it within 90 days.

generally, the sponsor approval letter requests the PCC if it wasn't submitted upfront, and instructions about how to contact the visa office will be in the letter. if you've received sponsor approval, didn't see any mention of sending a PCC to your visa office, and haven't sent in the police record, you do not need to wait until CIC specifically requests it. you can certainly send it to your visa office per the instrucitons in the sponsor eligibility letter.

I have submitted my pcc with rest of the documents..still got a request fr it but yes they hav mentioned that if you have not already submitted
Still to be on a safer side i hav send the photocopy of my pcc wich was already submitted
Now my question is have they requested coz it has been expired or it was a general email

I think its not necessary to resent it but no harm in doing so. As its mentioned in the AOR it said if not submitted..

Thats a general email sent acknowledging the file is in NVDO and nothing to do with the expiry.

has anyone here received a 2nd AOR from NDVO? I know a couple of people got theirs in the last week. I haven't heard anything from them. I got SA on Jan 16th.
Yesterday I requested the GCMS notes on my file. Does anyone know how long does that take?

It takes 1 month for you to recieve the GCMS notes. You may hear from NDVO before your notes.

Same here haven't received AOR2 from NDVO, this is now frustrating

Oct 20 applied ..it comes almost 18to 20 days after sa..relaxx u will soon receive an aor2...
