Yesterday ecas updated. file transferred to local office on 30/January/2015. Local office scarborough.

I called cic today cuz i wanted to check whether my case had been transferred to local office. My ECAS is stuck at IP status. i thought at least it would show the local office information. But I am so surprised and happy that they told me CIC had already sent the test inform letter to me on Jan 30th. The letter will arrive in 10 business days. They also told me that my test date was arranged on March 3rd. I intended to ask for more information. They told me to wait for the test inform letter patiently and i would be able to know all the test details from the letter.

Hello everyone, I sent my application mid-Oct, and got my AOR email mid-Jan.

1. Should I expect a letter by post too, or is it only the email?

2. I can not see anything online. eCas says it can not find my profile. Is it OK?

3. I just changed my address. I tried to change address online, but since eCas does not work, I can not do it. Should I call CIC?

I don't think you will receive AOR by mail if you got it by email.
Usually ecas goes active 2 days after AOR. Are you sure you put your client ID correctly? make sure you include the - in your client ID: XXXX-XXXX
I suggest you give CIC a call and ask about the status of your application AND change your address.

If you have the same, I called CIC and they said that I got a notification when it was sent out from Sydney, and another notification when It was actually received by Montreal.
Hope it means it is being treated right now ;-)
