Your file was transferred to the Winnipeg office on January 16, 2015. The Winnipeg office will contact you.

I sent the citizenship application from alberta on Oct 20 and they have successfully received on OCT 27 (I have the Tracking # from canada post).....but I havent received any e-mail or acknowledgement letter so I called them yesterday(January 20) to find out the status of it.

They told me they do not have any application that means they have returned the file. But I also did not receive any file so they told me it maybe lost. They asked me to apply a new application. They also told me that they are processing for NOV 04 application that means my file lost or returned so I have to apply new one.

So what should i do now? Any suggestion ?Anyone else is having the same problem? Thank You

You are not the only one. I have been told to wait another week or two before calling them again. And then I may have to apply again. But given some late Oct. applicants have recently received AOR, I think you should wait. My application was received Oct. 24 according to Purolator. I will wait until next week (when it will be 3 months) before trying again.

What a mess is this? !!! No order in processing, lost applications, conflicting responses !!!
I agree with IMad. you better wait couple of weeks before you call again. I noticed that a Nov 06 applicant received his AOR. So how does that work with the response received by CIC agent ( processing is up to Nov 04 )!!!!

Just wait one or two more weeks, I was on the same and just got my AOR. Other people from August and September have called and they were asked to wait a little bit longer; and a few days later they got the AOR.
