I've had decision made on my ECAS since April 20th of this year. Quite frustrating to not have received the oath letter yet.

Please reply to the e mail which scheduled your test stating you are waiting for oath for more than 3 months from date of examination. You will get oath date soon.

There's no separate letter. The PDF included in the mail is your invitation letter.

Do you know what is the maximum time CIC can take? I had a friend, CIC made him wait for 2 years back in 2014. Are they (CIC) legally entitled to allow infinite amount of time to make a decision? As an applicant (given that you paid the application fees) what is your legal right to force CIC to make a decision (i.e approval/rejection) within certain number of years time frame.

Getting really close to the end now.
On June 29th received an Oath Invite for July 24th.
That would make the whole process 9 month and 1 day for me.
Wishing luck to everyone who is still on that journey.

The whole application was quite smooth, except for a long wait for DM after the test (about 3 month).
Please update the table to accumulate statistics.
