So as per the spreadsheet no one has got Test Invitation form Mississauga office since March 10.. must be busy office :( :(:eek:
This forum represents a tiny fraction of the number of applications IRCC actually receives. It is much more likely that they are working on the rest of the applications that are not being tracked here.

In statistics, you wouldn’t need to sample the entire population to make a reasonable inference. The responsants tracking here are a pretty significant sample to get your confidence intervals between 3.5% +-. The Mississauga office is definitely slower than normal.

First of all, fact is that everyone thinks their processing office is the slowest. I think Scarborough is the slowest, and I've seen similar posts from people being processed at Vancouver, Calgary. Not sure how you came up with the percentage there. Sure, it is a significant sample, no argument there. But no updates on this forum doesn't mean the office is shut down or has stopped processing applications altogether. It could be a combination of people not updating their status here despite receiving updates from the CPC (unreliable data points) and/or they are processing applicants not on this forum.

Anyway, no point arguing or estimating dates. Just have to wait our turn, we'll all get it sooner or later.

Like everyone we all get impatient and we want to have our citizenship process over with as fast as possible. However the sample size in the forum does not provide an adequate representation of how fast or slow this office is.

Not everyone keeps people the forum updated. Next, we are comparing our timeframe to people in other provinces that have significantly less immigrants. And, we do not know what the full process is and the inner politics of IRCC. We sit here and we form our own opinions based on peoples experiences and our own analysis of the process.

When we become impatient, our first thought is to cast blame or make blind accusations. We are going through a process that is not fully transparent which makes it even more difficult.

This forum is not even at the level of a convenience sampling. So, you cannot get a any real significant statistical insight here.

Congr8s..where there any dates question..? from history Chapter?
sorry for late reply - no questions like that as far as I can recall. Overall I thought the test was quite easy, the sample tests I was doing to prepare for it were definitely more than sufficient

how was your test..??
Quite easy, the questions were much easier than the tests online, I would say the Richmond Library’s site is probably the one that’s closest to the actual test difficulty. We’re not at liberty to discuss the questions we got but I got 20/20 and it took me 4-5 min to finish. One point worth mentionning tho, is that the interviews were given in the order in which we finished the test, so that saved me hours of wait.

I did my finger print in January-2018 and IRCC received it the following day through a confirmation email in response to my inquiry to them. I also did my citizenship test in February-2018 and passed the test. Since then no progress at all for myself and still in process but my wife had her status changed to decision day the day after the test.
For me now almost 7 weeks since passing the test with no progress? Is this normal?
I read someone mentioning here that I can order information details online regarding the details of processing my application I don’t remember the name but will it be useful?
