Just called and they confirmed it's a FP request. Email was sent yesterday but I haven't received it. I was told they can't take any action to resend it until 5 days have passed though, so I'll be obsessively checking my email for a few days I suppose.

Can this be added to the spreadsheet? Thanks

Does anyone know how long a finger print request will be sent and received and processed?

here is my experience.

1) finger print request updated on ecas - on X date
2) finger print request in mail - X + 3 (to 5) days
3) you can get the finger print done the same day or the next day - X +6(or 7) days; you have an option of sending the mail directly to CIC.
4) RCMP processes the finger print - 3-5 business days
5) RCMP mails the results - 3-5 business days.

for me i got the results delivered to me. it took 5 days to get to me and i sent it out to IRCC (st clair) and that took another 2 days with signature(for my peace of mind).

I do not know how many days IRCC will take to add the results to my file.

Hope this helps!

Hello there,
My ECAS also showed that they sent me a FP request on March 7, and I was told the same. However, I think they would mail it out. I didn't receive any email from them.
My husband was mailed out the FP request last month.
Good luck.

It seems Montreal office is soooo slow to give a decision made ... looking at the spreadsheet in most cases it takes months
