so far based on the google doc, half length of october has gone, the number of applicants have already exceeded double of previous months. we will see the number of applicants reported to the shared doc by end of the month. hopefully the processing wouldnt increase proportionaly.

The reality is, due to increase in inventory and no increase in resources, the average processing times will increase. But yes, in the beginning it will marginally less.

That's right. To be more accurate, 5 days has passed since October 11th with 135 application in the spreadsheet, which is 13 times more than previous months in terms of applications per day. Processing time won't be 13 times more... Hopefully!!

I hope members in the spreadsheet who have their applications received let us know when.
I am sure some applications were received but are not updated yet in the sheet.
Thanks!

I am sure it will slow down gradually as the month goes by. If we finish the month in the range of 200 applicants in the sheet that won't be bad. Remember that applicants of this month were the most active here in the forum hoping for 3/5 rule to pass, so they are over-represented in the forum.
January of this year had about 100 applicants in the sheet and their average processing time as per the sheet is 177 days.
Let's be optimistic ;):)
